Masks on Transit
Face masks on transit and in transit spaces are no longer required in Edmonton. The City’s Temporary Transit Facilities Face Mask Bylaw, which aligned with the mandatory mask requirements put in place by the Government of Alberta, lifted when the Chief Medical Officer for health rescinded their Public Health Orders.
Visit edmonton.ca/masks for more information.
Cleaning and Disinfecting
We are continuing our daily enhanced cleaning and disinfecting on buses, LRT, DATS vehicles, transit centres, LRT stations as well as high touch areas.
